I placed an order 11/6/23 for flowers to come 11/18/23 because to place an order you have to choose a specific date from there availability, this order was confirmed even paid next day shipping. When I didn’t receive any tracking information the day before my order should arrive I contacted the company via email which they told me my order date was a glitch in the system I should not have been able to choose that date & I will not receive it that day I felt I should’ve been contacted soon as possible I would still be unaware of a glitch if I hadn’t contacted the company. Then they told me it’s nothing they can do & my order wasn’t verified anyway, the have a second step verification after you order & paid you have to email a picture of your I.D. and the card used with the last four digits in the picture. I sent verification they confirmed it 11/17/23 it’s now 11/22/23 I have not received an order or tracking information they keep referring me to check my Shopify app which is showing no updates. On the website it says tracking is the ups n the same day I get confirmation on my verification I get a fake tracking from fake ups email which I called the actual ups company to confirm was fake.
