I recently purchased an item and I had not received shipment arrival. I started research and I found reviews with the same issues of others buyers with the same issues, So this when I knew I got ripped off.

Purchased gift for daughter for Christmas, received an order ID number and I have a screen shot of the confirmation page. Their website does not recognize the order ID number nor tracking number.

Bought a Gabbys perfect dollhouse, was told they would ship it within 2-3 business days. I contacted them several times by email and phone. No one ever answers the phone or returns phone calls or emails. I just wanted to get the dollhouse for my daughter. It’s the one thing she wanted since losing her brother in November.

I placed an order on 11/20/21 and still have not received my package. I have also sent 2-3 emails and tried to call but I don't believe the number is correct. I am highly unsatisfied and pretty sad because my purchase was a Christmas gift and I'm afraid I'm not going to receive it.

I went to purchase a Christmas gift from this website, put in my credit card information and once I clicked submit, I received a text message from my CC confirming my purchase, once I read the message saying the following: Discover Card: Transaction of $58.99 at PAYPAL *SHOUNINGKAI SH was made on November 29, 2021 - I knew it was a scam when it said PAYPAL when I didn’t pay through PayPal. Thank God the credit card company is going to dispute the charge once it clears. I wanted to warn others about these scam artists.
