Saw this ad on Instagram for a knee wrap that helps with pain from Flexwrapgear.com. Ordered two wraps on 3/9 for $19.98, did not hear anything back for 1 week, inquired about the missing shipping info, and was then charged a $49.99 fee. Someone from [email protected] got back to me and apologized for the miscommunication and stated they would refund me, but have not. I lost a total of $69.97.
