I went to cancel Alaska Airlines flight on my app on my phone. The scammers phone number pops up to handle cancellation. They have attached their phone number to Alaska airlines app. and represent themselves as Alaska Air consolidators. They are not assoc. with any airline as stated on their website.

They then required fee to cancel based upon late cancellation (my flight was tomorrow AM) . They took credit card info. personal info. charged me. In the meantime, I cancelled flight online with Alaska during conversation, no fee. I received credit from Alaska based on my direct online cancellation with Alaska NOT Flightefares. I called Alaska, they said call bank refute charges. I called Flightefares back and after asking for business address to report them, they credited charges. Total scam.

Problem is their phone number pops up on my Alaska App when cancelling flight !
