We booked some flights thru this website and paid using debit card. They called us within 1 hour to let us know the flights were "restricted" and had to be upgraded. Initially paid around $900 and they wanted to charge us 900 more so that we could take luggage because the initial flights didn't include luggage. We said no, so they told us we couldn't cancel our flights anymore. the charge hasn't gone thru our bank but will reverse it if it appears. Their website offers cheaper flights but once you book they will try to force you to pay more. Very rude customer service. The person we spoke with said his name was Michael Smith, which I doubt very much. He had an Indian accent.
