Not respecting Thier engagement
My name is Fosso ,
I did a trasaction whit Normad one of your agens which i ask him to add bags on my mum fly which was s'oppose to go on 18 septembre 2023 and going back 30 septembre 2023 , and he told me that the bags can be added and had to change me 310$ on my account for my two bags of 23kg going and 1 bag 23kg comming back.
When my mum reache the airport they told her that the bags was not added and they have to chargé her money for the bags again , then she had to paid another fee for the bags.
So i want the company to give me back the money of 310$ i had to send for does back which was not respected and i want you to indemnity for wasting my time and not respecting your engagement. Am note happy the way you guy treats me.
I want back my money and indemnity.
