I booked 8 flights with them but run in to problem to get my daughters passports and they " gave me a credit "for half of the value and they never answer the phones again

They sell you a ticket online and give you a reference number but will not confirm. Instead they label it “Pending” and require you to call customer service to make sure you are not one of the “rare” instances in which they will be unable to honor their advertised price. That was more than enough to indicate that this company is up to something as, ordinarily, legitimate companies complete and confirm the sale online and don’t require the customer to follow up with a call to customer service. When I called I learned that apparently, during the 10 minutes it took me to complete the purchase online, Delta Airlines discontinued the level of economic ticket and required customers to pay for an “upgrade” to another economy class that offers absolutely nothing different from what you paid for under the advertised price.
