I received a package from China, one month later, the weight was .35kg (0.75lbs), with a US price of $15, all are made of plastic, less than 12" tall. One was broken in three pieces. I contacted them the same day via the email for customer service. I was asked to send photos and I also told them this was not the product I ordered, these were smaller and plastic. They wanted to give a $6 refund and did nothing for item being wrong. Then they offer $10 and said they would not go any higher. If I wanted to ship them back it would cost me $20. It is hopeless in getting my money back, I currently am trying to get a FAKE METAL chicken replacement for the broken one. I closed the credit card in case they tried using it.
