I bought two FlixBus tickets on FlixBus App for the trip from Budapest Hungary to Bratisvala, Slovakia on 09/23/2023. I was misinformed and missed the bus scheduled at 2:30 PM. I was told I can use the ticket to take the next bus at 4:50 PM at Kelenfold, Budapest station. When the bus arrived, I was told that I have to pay 80 Euros for two tickets in cash. The ticket price was listed on the app as $16.99. When I ask if I can pay with credit card and the driver refused. He even stopped in the middle of the road and threatened us to pay cash or leaving. I paid 80 Euros. It was clearly indicated on FlixBus web that the passengers could pay on the bus at same price with no extra fee and could pay with credit card. The driver refused to give us the tickets or receipts. After I insisted, he printed out a receipt which was showed purchased at 3:02 PM, two hours before we boarded the bus, also the bus station was not the one we boarded the bus. The Booking Number on the receipt is 3108575672. Later I talked to two other passengers and was told that I was scammed. The FlixBus driver often target international travelers to scam the cash and pocket the money. I think the FlixBus driver unlawfully took our money and pocketed the cash. I hope FlixBus should investigate the scam and stop it in the future. These scammers should be removed from their positions.

This company double charged me and then when I threatened to file a complaint, made more bookings and tried to delete things to cover their tracks, only I take screenshots of everything I do immediately. They are fraudulently charging my card over and over again. I have plenty more screenshots if needed

I purchased a ticket for a bus trip from Seattle to Portland. The bus never arrived. After two hours another bus arrived and we got on. I was told that because my ticket was over two hours old it had been cancelled and I would have to buy a new one at more than double the cost or I would have to get off the bus. So I was forced to buy a second ticket on top of the first. I reviewed the company policy and it says everything I was told was incorrect, but they refuse to issue a refund or look into the case.

Booked flix bus tix for 4 from Annapolis MD to NYC for 4/12 and return on 4/14. They changed our bus times to over 120 min from original time to arrive. I paid extra to be able to cancel the tix. I canceled tix and they not only charged me a cancellation fee , but gave a voucher for &159 to us within the year. They will not credit me or anyone else with a refund to original form if payment. They state they have no managers or supervisors as this is the escalated department alady
