I contacted this company and specifically requested a single day of service. They said they did not offer a single day of service but only monthly. So I paid for 1 month. Fast forward 3 months later and they have been scraping my bank account for a monthly fee. I did not sign up for a recurring subscription. Yet here they are taking money from my bank account on an ongoing basis. When I contacted them about this, they refused to refund me the full amount. Meanwhile I haven't even been using the service the past 2 months and had no idea. I literally only wanted one month of service so I could render a single video and that's it. These scammers sign you up for a recurring subscription even when you specifically request a single month of service and that's it. They won't give me my money back. Their service also sucks and is full of glitches. I had to restart my project multiple times. One example is that you can't stretch text boxes more than twice before having to refresh the page as it fails. Stay away from these certified scammers.
