I saw an advertisement on Facebook that was shown as being from HOKA for a pair of extra wide men’s running shoes, at a discounted price. I ordered them, on 10/7/23, paying with my credit card. I received one confirmation email from the company and one saying the order would be processed. The site said delivery would be in 4-5 days; the other said 7-12. When they didn’t arrive, I used the email address to follow up on three occasions. The response each time was the email I had sent.
