On 12/12/23 I accessed the Floral Accents website to order a bouquet of flowers for a memorial service in Ridgecrest on 12/16/23. I chose one of their arrangements and gave them the address: 210 East Springer Avenue, Ridgecrest, CA and asked it to be delivered prior to the service beginning NLT 10am on the 16th. I was given the order number of #46659278. At no time was I informed that they were not able to deliver my request.

The arrangement never made it to the service - or even to the address listed at anytime during that day or any day before or after. The total cost I incurred was $107.94 (which included the delivery fee). I have tried to call their number several times - and I couldn't get anything but a busy signal.

This is a clear case of fraud. I want my money back!
