I ordered 2 pairs of boots.After they received my payment they didn't give me a confirmation number. I have been waiting 3 weeks now and my order still has not been shipped. I am unable to get an email through and there phone number is invalid. There is no way to get my money back. They also used my card number to purchase over $70.00 of purchased.I contacted my bank about the 70.00 unaware that it was florasoftlook making the purchases.

Oh no they got me. I ordered a pair of boots for my birthday and as I'm reading guessing I'm not getting my birthday present. Omgosh I knew better I don't order anything on line. Wow these scammers are worse than roaches they are everywhere.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots from florasoft.com paid my invoice.i noticed my address wasn't right emailed them back at the same confirmation email I received and google sent me a message saying couldn't go through.i also went to the site that took my money and it doesn't exist either.i surely got scammed beware of this sight.

Location Johannesburg South Africa. LOST R53.74 USD. I have ordered on the 12/04/2021 and with expedited shipping it cost me R786.24 for 2 pairs of boots and sandals. Delivery should take between 3-6 working days. 10 Days later and I can't even email them as the emails keeps coming back as undelivered. I am really disappointed! I have not heard anything back from them!

Compré 3 pares de botas en la página florasoftlook, publicidad que me aparece periódicamente en Facebook. He tratado de comunicarme con ellos y es imposible. Incluso encargué un cuarto par con otro mail, obviamente me acepta la compra, llegan las confirmaciones al mail pero cuando cuando uno trata de comunicarse con ellos es imposible. Espero estar equivocada y sea todo real y que me lleguen los 4 pares de botas. Y que si es una estafa puedan dar con el paradero de quienes la estàn realizando y me hagan devoluciòn de mi dinero.

I saw the advertisment pop up on my social media account. I clicked on the link and was very interested in the western wear products they were selling at huge savings. I thought why not give it a try as I've found other reputable business online during COVID. I have tried to use their contact emails provided to check on my product but to no luck. They quickly withdrew the money from my account though. If it seems too good to be true. . . it probably is.

I have ordered 3 pair of boats from this company and can’t get a delivery date, order status or a valid way to communicate with anyone regarding my order. Also in the meantime this company has changed business names in 2 weeks. I feel it’s a total scam and I better get refunded. Not impressed at all.

I have tried to order n can not get the sale to go though I’ve used two credit cards n it said one was denied n I know the account has money! After reading these above things I would say I am lucky! Although I read what they say about the Company n they refer to a well known Boot Company which makes you believe they r ok! How do you give notice to Facebook to get them off the site! I could have list over 100.00 Pat Kaplan

Dollars all email addresses are undeliverable no one to contact for customer support any thoughts or ideas...the scary thing is that the day after I made this purchase my debit card information was stolen and used 23 times up to 2500. In purchases.such bs

I found this business on Facebook and order a pair of boots. I received receipt after I paid..that didn’t have any of the business information on it. Upon trying to reach out to them..neither email address that they provided works and their number they have available is not even in English and doesn’t work.
