What is shown on their website is not what they will deliver. I was provided with two very low quality, poorly cut knock offs made of felt instead of what was shown online. They advertise a fair return policy but will do everything in their power to stop you from using it and will make you pay the entire return costs to China.

I purchased several dresses from this company. They all showed up and are all completely SHEER material which is NOT what their website shows, even the darker colors such as red are totally see through, there is no way to wear these items. I reached out, sent pics and had several back and forth emails and they REFUSE to refund me. They are a total scam. The items pictured are not what they are selling.

None of the items i received looked like they did in the instagram AD picture. The fabric is cheap looking and not worth the price I paid online. I asked for a refund and they said "Dear customer, After checking with quality control department, the item is our best selling style, and we make sure it is the same style as model. For online shopping, there must be the size or display problem, but strongly suggest wear again and if fit not bad, I am sure you are charming in your style~".
If I, the customer, do not want to keep the product because of any reason I, the customer, should be allowed to return. Especially when on their website they have a 30 day guarantee return policy, but just don't honor it..? Not buying from here again!

Bought a dress from them and it did not look like the dress on the website. The material was thin and see through, tight and itchy. I emailed them with all the requirements for a refund and they wrote back saying that they can refund the money, but they are located in China and that I will be responsible for the freight and customs clearance. They even offered me a 20% coupon code. Really? When I asked them to send me the information to ship the dress back, again they responded that due to the "serious global pandemic", they said the "Customs Department package inspection" was very strict. They even gave me the excuse that many customers packages failed to pass inspection and was returned. They even said they "consulted with their concern department" and all they can do is give me a 15% compensation. I told them that was an insult to my intelligence and why would I want to buy anything from them again?And what the hell is a "concern department"? Bogus. I told them that I was willing to pay all the fees and that I wanted an address as to where to send their [censored] dress back. I have not heard back as of yet and probably won't hear from them. STAY AWAY!

Exact same thing happened to me. They won't refund my money or allow me to send the dress back without me having to pay for the customs charge and shipping charges. They should be shut down.

The clothes were terrible, about three sizes smaller than what they were labeled, and they refused to accept a return. You have to email them for “return instructions” and when I did that they just kept replying to my emails with “the sizes are correct, please try it again you will look lovely in your style.” And when I finally called them corrupt for not accepting my return, they told me I could try to send it but “they weren’t sure if they would receive it, and if they didn’t receive it they would give me no money back.” What the hell!

This company is the absolute worst at customer service and accepting returns. The clothes I bought didn't fit. They gave me the run around online for weeks, first asking me to take pictures of the merchandise and email them the pics. Then they offered me a 20% coupon for my next purchase after threatening me that I they would not pay for shipping of my returned items and claimed that the overseas shipping would be expensive. I asked for the address because I planned to return the items, but they refused to get back to me. I would never buy from this company.

I ordered 3 pairs of the same shorts In 3 different colors all size medium. 2 pairs were the same and 1 pair was considerably smaller. I contacted the company and sent them pics of the 3 pairs lined up together to show how much smaller the one pair was and a pic of the bags they arrived in showing the labels on each bag all marked as mediums. I had asked to exchange the one smaller pair but they told me to think about it because it would be expensive to return them because they were far away. I told them thinking about it wouldn’t make any difference. They offered me a 30% refund or I could ship them back at my expense. Shipping them back would cost me more than I paid for all 3 pairs. I told them it was very bad business to make the customer pay for their mistake. They stopped communicating with me and I did not receive the refund. I tried to submit a photo on this review but it keeps saying system error.

There is no way the reviews on their website are real, the clothes are horrible. Every time I add a review, it is removed. I ordered several shirts and a sweater and the quality is BAD. The shirts look comfy on the website but they feel like a cheap Halloween costume. The stripes on one of the shirts didn't even match up on the back. I was so disappointed! I e-mailed customer service and this was my reply : Dear customer We did send your order according the items you chose , the items are our best selling style, and we make sure it is the same style as model. Product photos on the website look high quality and are priced for good quality. Upon receiving the clothing items, they were wet, wreaked of chemicals, and the colors, sizing, and design were inconsistent with the product photos. The material is also very low quality. Although they seem to have a fair return policy, they do not actually run by it honestly. They will do whatever they can to not give you a refund and if you do want one, you have to pay to ship products to China. Very unprofessional and scheming.

I ordered three pair of jean shorts and when I finally received them it reeked of chemicals and they were nothing like the photos on the ads

NEVER NEVER order from this company! They employ deceptive marketing tactics designed to get you to waste your money. They use pictures that are NOTHING like the actual product you buy... and then refuse to take returns. Actually - they will let you return if you harass them enough. They will tell you the product will most likely get lost in shipping. And if it arrives, all they can give you back is 10% of the purchase price. This company should be shut down for deceiving the public. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Please dont buy from this company! Sham company! I ordered a dress 2 sizes up, an XL. The dress I received would fit a child! Not even an adult XXsmall! If you read their return policy it says you cannot return an item 'if it is the wrong size, wrong color, or if you just dont like it' (their words). WHY else would you need to return something?! There was not even a label on the dress, no size. They just threw anything in the box and did not care what size it was and they know how expensive it is to send something back to CHINA. I will no longer do business with chinese companies; I get ripped off every time! BTW if you look on a website and cannot find a physical address it is because they dont want you to know it is a chinese company and they have a terrible reputation. This is just one more BAD experience with these foreign sellers. NO MORE

Do not order from this company ! There is no receipt of any kind when package finally is delivered .After sending many emails , I finally received a response . The email is filled with misspellings , truly unprofessional .
I would recommend staying away from this shady company.

Florcoo is a clothing store you can purchase from. I purchase 3 items they were shipped from China and took a month to receive. Upon receipt I tried the clothes on and found the shorts had 4 buttons 5 button holes they were not aligned and the buttons didn’t fit into the holes so the shorts will not button and if they did there would be a gap due to the buttons not being lined up and missing. One shirt for good and the other shirt same size was extremely small with small arm holes and a big neck. I reached out to Florcoo and they said they needed to see pictures. Sent pictures with measurements on the shirt and of the shorts with the buttons not fitting in the holes and missing. They said they would give me 15% refund because I could sell the products since they are not defective. Resent email and pictures two additional times and they said they are sorry they can’t help me. They are a scam, they send faulty products and keep your money. To ship products back to China would cost double than what I paid for the order.

I ordered a shirt and shorts off their add on Instagram and never received it. Emailed back and forth for weeks and they blamed covid 19 for shipping delay. Now that I look on their website, I see misspellings and no physical address.
