Purchased item for 19.95 initially, so I emailed customer service. They sent a new one but charged my card almost double the price again, for 29.95. Was refunded the 29.95 that they claimed was a “member feel but upon reviewing terms of service there is zero information about a member fee. After the 29.95 refund they never emailed me back about actually receiving the item. In dispute now with my CC company to get my 19.95 back, it’s been almost 2 months and never have gotten the item.
