I ordered dresses off this site. I waited about three weeks and reached out as my order shipping label would not track. I asked location and information questions. The initial order was 06/08. On 6/17, I reached out about tracking. We went back and forth in email, and then I just asked for a refund at the end of June. The company said I could return the dresses when I got them. I received them on 07/08 and immediately asked for a refund. I was told I would have to pay for shipping and even offered a partial refund to keep the dresses, and I said no. I waited for refund information and asked a few more times. Finally, on 07/12, they said I could keep the dresses and get a full refund. They processed it in PayPal. I checked, and it was there. I just got an email saying the refund was canceled, but I have yet to receive it. This company is trash and a liar. They act like customer service is great, but behind your back, cancel and lie. I was patient and hopeful. I do not want others scammed by this poor quality, wrong descriptions, or awful shipping item.

I got an ad for a dress on instagram from the seller “Floria Minis”. I purchased the dress (name of the dress is Floria Mini Dress). I have not received the product and I have been provided with a tracking number that has not been updated since 6/24. The company insists that the item is in transit, and they continue to provide me with the same tracking number that shows the product has not been received by USPS. I reverse google image searched the photo that the website used of the dress, and it turns out that this image is from a product by a much larger company, free people.
