They claim to work for the Florida department of grants. They claim that I qualified for a grant in the amount of eight thousand,three hundred dollars. They asked how do I wish to receive the money. I answered by mail. They then claim that the processing fee will be three dollars and seventy five cents. They asked for a card number in which to process the administration fee,which I provided. They claim to attempt to process the administration fee but the fee was denied by my bank. They then asked are sure that you have the money in the account. I answered I am sorry but I don't. They said congratulations,you qualify for the grant. They informed me that I will receive a confirmation call tomorrow, and also gave me a confirmation number.
