Posing as an organization that files your LLC with the state of Florida. They took all the information, $275.00 on my credit card and I have not been able to reach anyone for 2 weeks. I have emailed and called everyday. I was going to go to the office and that is when I realized it was a UPS store and they offer private mail boxes. So the address said 4411 Bee Ridge Rd. Suite 607 , Sarasota That is the mailbox number and there is no company
