The company sells shifts knobs, I specifically messaged them to ask if the knob would fit my car. They assured me it would. Then when it arrived and it didn’t I contacted them, they didn’t answer so I threatened a chargeback. Then they finally answered where they answered me with aggressive messages that they worn sell to me and to send the item

Back.

I refused to send the item back without a shipping label sent by the shop, I guess they didn’t wanna pay for that cause they then switched to offering to send me a new knob or an adapter to make it fit. I said that the adapter sounds amazing. Then they proceeded to lead me on and ghost me and never responded. I now have an $80 paperweight. Look around and you’ll find more reports of their bad business habits.
