I placed an order and never received a confirmation email about my order. Ad said ships next day. I've yet to receive anything about this order

Business identity theft has become rampant online. When googling a flower shop in particular DG Flowers, we came across this site www.florist-flower-delivery.com and if I recall from a couple years ago the site was owned by justflowers.com per your ScamPulse.com site. We encountered this a couple years ago and have filed a complaint with the FBI but still obviously nothing has been done. We even had some of our customers come to us with the problem as we have the orders being fulfilled by a company other than the one they have specifically chosen. We were told by someone in law enforcement our case was not big money so it would probably fall low on the totem pole. However, this site has thousands of small mom and pop shops across the country unknowingly listed on this site siphoning orders off the backs of these mom and pop shops, my shop being one of them so the amount of money we are talking about being siphoned off here is not at all small. At holiday time, this company pays extra to be placed in the top tier of google sites to click on when searching for your nearest local florist. When you click on this website after looking up what you think is your desired flower shop, you are again bamboozled with the fact that they show the name of your preferred flower shop there along with the shops correct address and phone number. That right there is business identity theft. Now under one of the arrangements it says "see all products" and when you click on that it takes you to another site which is flowerdelivery.com that actually has an image of the ScamPulse.com at the bottom that if you try to click on it, it doesn't take the consumer to your site. Think they may be using your ScamPulse.com company image as well to bamboozle consumers yet again to think they are dealing with a ScamPulse.com approved company. This is not the only site out there so there riding the backs of mom and pop shops and I am sure flowers are not the only product this could be happening with. Please assist your consumers with this matter so that when they look for the ScamPulse.com they are getting something that is truly ScamPulse.com approved.
