Same scenario as previous post. Ordered flowers , said outside delivery area and would be refunded.No refund. Called several times they used profanity during the call. Every day they say wait, it's always the same people answering the phone . I'm reporting them to the FTC and anyone else I can. I want my money back

Our company ordered birthday flowers and balloons for one of our nurses through this website. I was notified via e-mail that the flowers were not delivered from 2 different people. One indicating the recipient could not be reached, the other stating that supplies did not come in and they would order from another source and charge an additional $50.00. After canceling the order and freezing my corporate card, a third email arrived saying that the flowers were delivered. We have made certain that they were not received by the recipient. The charges have been prevented from being withdrawn.
