This is very misleading. They keep sending me more products, saying "I did not unclick the RECURRING check box". I believe this is just terrible business and forcing people to keep getting the product. WHY IS IT NOT THAT IF I WANT RECURRING MONTHLY ORDERS, I WILL CLICK IT! It's because they know you aren't going to want the product. After all, it is just an overpriced apple cider vinegar supplement. Terrible experience, as I tried to send the product back (the second batch) and they were telling me that due to their refund policy, it has to be over 60 days before they send me an RMA (a refund slip). I just wanted to try it! So, Now I am told I have to wait 30 days to send the product back (that I should have never gotten in the first place)! I asked for an emailed copy of this refund policy, and am still yet to get that! I called them back on 1.833.201.4055 and they said "you need to speak to MIKE and he is in a meeting. He will call you and go over the refund policy. I told them "NO, I want a copy". So, Now I am waiting for a copy in writing. First of all, no one should ever force products on consumers! This site should be shut down!

I ordered the product and they also sent me the detox which I did not want. I only wanted to try the product, but they keep sending me more and do not respond to e-mails. I contacted the BBB to see if they could help. I wanted to send the product back - refunds are guaranteed, but no one responds and the packing lists don't give you any real information. I'm calling my bank tomorrow to stop the latest payment of $119.88 - so far I'm out $460.

Website advertised very misleading prices for their product. There is very very fine print that is not clear. It is very misleading. I was charged $199.88 for 5 bottles of keto 1 diet pills the advertisement appears as if the charge is only $38.00 instead it's $38 per bottle. It is not clear. It is misleading. I was then charged another $59.99 for detox bottles I did not order.

Charges you way more than you expected - adds items you did not agree to

The amount they charge is $59 something per bottle - and they give you NO option for one bottle. by the time you get to the 'choose the order plan' page - it still says "59" but does not clarify that this is PER bottle. So you click the cheapest one - whatever that is 4 bottles, three bottles - and then you cannot go back - you see that they charge you almost $200 for the 3 or 4 bottles and you never got a summary page before you have to pay. AND to make matters worse - they have a 'do you want to add this cleanse product for $49 - and you don't click YES - you just proceed with out agreeing and the ADD IT AUTOMATICALLY and charge you. I thought I was getting a set of bottles for a special price of $59. Instead I have paid almost $260 for way more than I wanted.

I received an email from the above email that I had purchased $400 worth of keto weight loss pills, which I never did. I contacted them saying I didn't order them and they offered to have me keep them for a cheaper cost or to ship them back to them. They then asked to get on a 3 way call with the bank to settle the charges which I am simply not going to do.

I did neither of these things and reported the fraud to my CC company.
