I purchased three seaglass Christmas trees for $58.68. I did check to see where it was shipping from (California). I received three 4” high plastic LED trees (something you’d see at a dollar store) on 11-16. I emailed the seller asking for a full refund. I then found a phone number and called but the phone number wasn’t a working number. I then contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. I received an email back offering $3 refund. I’ve received an email from them every day telling me they are a small firm and can’t refund me my full purchase price and that I’d have to return the items at my own cost to China. The most recent email said their max refund is $25.

I cannot find this ad on Facebook anymore.

The company name is flowerlove, aka buybuybuy8.com aka hainan luaiwa trading company.

I hope to get my money back from my credit card company. I hope no one else has to be scammed by them.
