I placed an order with Flowwer Moms on April 19th. Their website states the following with regard to shipping: " This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time." When I had received no tracking information by April 28th I reached out to the company via email to check in on the order. I did not receive a response. I followed up again on May 4th, again with no response. On May 7th I indicated I would be disputing the charge with my credit card company because I had received no response. At that point the company finally responded, stating that the items had been out of stock but would ship within a week (note, no where on the site did it indicate that the items were out of stock when I ordered).

I finally received an alleged UPS tracking number on May 17th. I have checked daily since May 17th (it is now June 3rd) to see whether the alleged tracking number actually links to any UPS tracking information - it does not. I have since tried to cancel the order several times, which the company has refused to address.

Given the companies presumably fake tracking numbers, their vague responses via email, and the lack of any notices on the website that items are sold out or may take longer than their stated shipping policy, I am lead to believe this is a scam. Do not purchase anything from this company.
