Then on Thursday January 11th had advised there was a problem with the crate to send him and it needed to be a different crate he is shipped with, and I needed to send him more money, so I did.
On Sunday January 7th I got all the flight details, but was advised that the dog needed additional insurance for travelling and I needed to send another $1200.00 dollars to Thailand, and it needed to be done ASAP for the dog to be shipped, so without thinking I proceeded. He had advised me that the $1200.00 would be 97% refunded at the time the dog arrived.
I received the flight confirmation details on Monday January 8th, and a flight number with the dog having a layover in Toronto, upon the time the dog was arriving in Toronto he was supposedly out of date on his vaccines, and I needed to send another $2400.00 to Thailand which was also 97% refundable. At this time I sat down and thought about it. I had a gut feeling this whole time that it was a scam, and when I received this, the email was full of spelling errors, and grammatical errors. At this time I contacted Luscam and advised that I would not be sending this money, he had advised me that the vaccines were up to date, and failed to maintain them so this was his responsibility to send the money. He told me if I didn't send it I would be charged with pet abandonment, and could be charged up to $10,000 in fees. The general scare tactic.
I then called American Airlines, the flight details that were provided to me was a flight from Oregon to San Jose, and American Airlines doesn't ship dogs.
I proceeded to report him to Western Union, and the local police.
On Saturday January 6th we were not able to get ahold of him, so we had tried to call from my boyfriends phone. On Monday evening he had texted my boyfriend back asking if he was calling regarding the puppies for sale, so my boyfriend played along. He tried to sell the same dog to him, that he tried to sell to me.
