They stole my money and refuse to give me the product I bought.

I’ve ordered slippers a half a year ago and I continue to be lied to about the status once I asked for my money back the communication went silent. They gave me a tracking number that is fake, when you do get in contact it’s through email under the name Roxanne. he/she continues to tell me they are looking into it and it goes no where. I ask for someone else than Roxanne and that doesn’t happen. I’ve looked into other reviews and it’s happened to a bunch of people. It’s just ridiculous.

Like others, my son ordered in June, never received anything. I have emailed them daily fo a month. I have dozens of emails like @JoeyKay. Problem is you never get the refund. 3-5 days and you get no money. The "company" is now for sale. Ad says they have no money to fulfill orders or refund anyone.

I ordered off their website on June 19th

I ordered June 19th and still as we are now in September the order number shows they haven’t even shipped my slides yet. I’ve sent numerous emails and haven’t gotten a single reply. There’s no way to get a refund when no one answers you… very upset

I finally got refunded today after reporting them as scam and then threatening to contact my bank that they are fraud. I immediately got two emails. One apologizing for them having too many orders since they went viral and the second one showing they refunded me and it would show up in my bank 1-3 days. Hope this helps and I would send them another email saying what I said and they may respond to you as quickly as well. Have a good one!

Order never shipped after 2 Months

They went as far as emailing me and giving me explanations as to why my order had not shipped. When I asked for a refund, they stated they had already fulfilled my order and it was ready to be picked up by a carrier. I did inform them that I was going to report them and their website as a fraud. I will also be calling my bank to report this scam.

I reported them and threatened to call the bank as well and report as fraud. They immediately, after months of me sending emails sent me two emails. One apologizing for them being overwhelmed with orders since they went viral and couldn’t keep up and the second one showing that they refunded me and it would show up in my account in 1-3 days. So I would keep trying to email them and give the same threat cause that’s what made them finally respond after I asked nicely numerous times prior to today. Hope this helps! Good luck

I lost 40$. I bought some shark slides from an ad I saw on Tiktok and never received my order. There is no way to call or email them as the email is fake when you try to email them. This is very disappointing because I really wanted the shoes
