I have reached out to the seller since the purchase January 27. On the website I asked for express delivery which they offered for the item to be delivered by February 10 as of March 7. The item has not arrived. I have attempted to email the seller on multiple occasions and they keep saying it's coming. I tried to go on the website to locate a phone number and there is no phone number in order to call. I've asked for a refund which they have denied.
