I applied for fly now pay Later to fly home from California. I was approved and paid my first down payment. The airline canceled my flight so I contacted fly now pay later to see how the airline would refund them or how they would work. A response came stating that I would still pay my monthly payments regardless. Ok but that did not answer my question exactly. So then they sent me an email the day before payment was due, stating that my payment was overdue. So I responded telling them that it wasn't due until the next day. No response. I immediately went onto the app and checked. And to chat with someone. That chat would just circle around and lead to no where and no one. The day if payment came and I waited for them to take payment. When they did not. When midnight came I went to put my payment through. I get the word "AUTHORISING" with a spinning icon in circles just going around and around. NOTICE the word AUTHORISING is spelled with an S and not the Z. 2nd red flag. I tried contacting them again via chat and email and I get no response. Then I get an email thanking me for applying for fly now pay later and that I must be a citizen of the united kingdom, have a valid United kingdom phone number, at least 18 years or older and debit card registered under the same name. I had already been approved and my first payment was taken. So this goes on and on. I continue to receive automated emails for payment. I was able to let them them know the site wasnt working. They continued to try and run a dollar and says my card was being declined. I spoke to my credit card company about this being investigated. They had used me to change cards and report to ScamPulse.com and attorney general asap. They have now doubled payment saying that the date is 5/5/2022 and that I'm overdue again. My CC told me it sounds like they are trying to get a different card from me for information and that they have not tried to use them at all. My CC gave me a phone number for them and it is not in service.(203) 322-2996. I've asked fly now to contact me via telephone with my phone number asap and no one has. These red flags continue and they are threatening me with my credit again via automated. My CC said it definitely sounds like a scam and fraud. I don't know what to do from here.
