I ordered a ps5 in February through affirm they told me to finish paying affirm to receive a refund and I have not received anything. The website its no longer active and the phone number doesn't work. No response from email neither.

Ordered a ps5 from them against my better judgment on February 10th . Only received a tracking # and emails to be patient. Now in June with no Ps5 and out 400 dollars. I receive the same email response when asked information on my refund, "You have been refunded! ".

I paid for a PS5 digital edition from this company and after a week or so, I never received the PS5 digital edition. I've contacted the company only to be told to be patient, Got tires of being patient and requested a refund that was weeks ago. Never received the refund, all I get is a pre generated message saying you have been refunded. rip off and scam artist they are

I bought a so called “ps5” and their site ended up closing down and they said I'd get my refund in 10 business days but I haven't and it's been more than 10 business days pls help me get my money back. I have seen some reviews online about it saying it's a scam so I think I lost my money pls help me so no one else will fall victim to these scams. I don't have much leverage since I am a 16 year old so pls help me get my money back.

I purchased on March 5. Today is the 25 . They said 5 days then send tracking number then 2 weeks later would receive system , its now been almost 3 week. I would like my money back, lf anyone has done this and knows how to do it . Please contact me at [email protected] . Thank you !

I ordered a PlayStation 5 console on March 14, 2022 and still haven’t received a tracking number and no PlayStation 5 as of April 20, 2022. Tried dozens of times to contact them
and I had no success.

I actually used Acima credit to purchase a lease through from these people. So after obtaining now that they after 10 days haven't even sent a tracking number. I will be disputing with them and Acima will go full force against them. I am sure they have several complaints against them with Acima and Acima is probably building a solid fraud case. I am also putting together a zip file showing all these complaints from here and the better business bureau and sending it to wix to show they are using their web hosting company to scam people along with emailing it to Memphis county clerk whom they have their business registered. This company rips off people and thinks they are invincible. I noticed they made their Instagram private. Probably had many complaints and reports from people on Instagram. Thier days are shorting. I will just turn autopay off my Acima lease and Acima I guarantee will get their money back.

Oh gosh, I'm so embarrassed. I got so excited about seeing a ps5 for sale that I purchased at light speed.

Of course after I clicked place order, I came to my senses and immediately tried to call the company. However number is dead so I then sent an email begging for my order to be canceled.

After a little back and forth and some unreasonable responses on their part I was told my order was canceled. Now just to see if they'll refund me or if I have to go through the bank.

Do not buy anything from this so called company, complete scam they will take your hard earned money. They say they have consoles in stock and then say they are waiting on the arrival of them, they actually lied on their instagram about it. Don't be a victim like myself and many others.

Y’all if u order the ps5 please call ur bank or go to the police it’s definitely a scam.you can very this just by looking at ur bank statement there is a different company name on the charges. And if this company was legit they wouldn’t be so rude to their constumers.so please don’t keep waiting like I did and PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE❌❌

I'm now in the same boat with the label being sent to UPS but no product being shipped. The keep telling me to be patient and it takes time so I have given them the benefit of the doubt. If they aren't legit or a scam they need to face legal retribution & jail Time. As a retired combat veteran i do not feel like wasting time & resources on hunting them down personally to drag them to court. I could track & locate them but that would cost me more than the scam was worth and besides gas is so damn expensive now. I already mentally built up possible leads where to start in locating them but it's all speculation currently. I hope everyone out there will find peace & move on from this tragedy of being scammed. The PS5 was supposed to be a birthday gift to my stepson.

Damn, wish I saw these sooner. I just got finished talking to my bank advisors so fingers crossed i might get my money back. I thought I would finally catch a break with people trying to pull a fast one on me, but this console situation is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of consumers.

I purchased a ps5 for 406.00 from flyest deals. They sent me my tracking number after one week then for a week as I checked the status it never changed from label created. I told them I would report them and they sent a windy face and said good luck shutting them down...

Well I can't call it but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and waiting it out to recoeve the producti purchased ...there's got to be good people left ...I like to think that sumone wouldn't intentionally break a child's spirit so I'm keeping the faith in them to follow thru with there word ???

After verbal abuse and asking me why I needed my ps5 information they cancelled my order and refused to send me what I paid for. Been waiting a month and all they did was create a shipping label 3 weeks ago. No product. I need my money back!

Compare them all you want..they are just as much a scam as the one u mentioned. You guys should be ashamed of your self. Do u even realize that u are daily taking a large amount of money from single mothers on a daily basis and allowing a little kid to be crushed bc u took the only money his mom had to be able to get the one thing he wanted for his birthday? I'm sure u don't care tho... bc ur working so hard for the money and all... I hope u all pay for what u r doing to people

I wish i had seen this before trying to purchase a ps5, i never heard of the site called flyest kicks so i didnt know this site had the same info, the only thing theyve sent is the label created at UPS and after a month and a week of still not receiving any information, i came across your comment. They put "low stock" on there for people like me who didnt go further into research, and leads you to believe they got them, cant believe i got scammed.
