This company sells a real product, but if you try to return it, they will prevent you from doing so and not respond to anything. I've tried calling, emailing, submitting a request through their website -- it's a joke. They won't allow you to return or get a refund.

My emails to them:
Order placed 5/6
* Refund request (items yet to leave the facility) 5/21, 5/22
* Phone call, left detailed message 5/28 - no response
* Items (damaged and not as described) arrive 6/17
* Refund requested following exact instructions on your website 6/17
* Another refund request 6/20 and 5 more times after.
I have tried to cancel this order via phone and email and have been completely ignored (see details with dates above). Now I am trying to get a refund after the items arrived a full month (6 weeks after order date) after was promised and I am being ignored again. I have included the ScamPulse.com on this thread so they can also follow up accordingly along with my complaint.

I purchase flyhugz travel pillows. Buy 2 and save 10$. I purchase on April 26. I have tried emailing and calling and no response at all. I have just seen other reviews about getting scammed and other not receiving their items. I have to track my order by downloading the shop app. Still there is no way of me to track my order.

I bought a hugz pillow for my husband and I to use when flying. After order I never heard from them. So I thought that maybe I never placed the order and resent two weeks later. Then two charges showed up on my bank statement. I have tried calling the phone number that does not work and I have used the message sender in their site to try and get my money back. No one responds. So now I’m out over $150.00 and never received the product.

I responded to a pop-up advertisement on the internet. Ordered a neck-pillow for $39. Product arrived within a few day but it was the wrong product. I immediately e-mailed my dissatisfaction. Followed up with phone calls which went to voicemails. 5+ e-mails…3 phone calls…and NO response. Charged for and stuck with a totally unsatisfactory substitute. Pillow was received Dec 27, 2024. Still no contact from seller.

I order 2 FlyHugz AntiTheft Travl Bags on January 26, 2025. On February 3, 2025 I received an email that stated, Some of the items in your order are on the way. So far I have received nothing. I have contacted them twice by email, and have not received a response, even though the website states that they will contact you within 24 hours. Very frustrated!

I HAVE CALLED FAKE NUMBER 1 (938) 902-3331 ALL DAY EVERDAY SINCE...EMAILED OVER AND OVER AGAIN @ [email protected] WITH NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER...NOTHING!
