Dear BBB,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding unethical pricing practices at Flying D Dance Wear, owned by Nancy. The store does not display prices for its products. Instead, when asked for the price, Nancy looks it up on her computer and provides a number. From my experience, this number is nearly double what her assistant had quoted on two separate occasions.
When I questioned her about this discrepancy in the past, Nancy offered excuses, such as "not considering the discount" or "forgetting the actual price." Additionally, the receipts she provides are generic, lacking details about the purchased items. I believe this is a deliberate tactic to obscure her pricing practices.
Nancy's refusal to openly advertise prices and failure to include item specifics on receipts raise serious concerns about transparency and legality. When I confronted her about charging nearly double and mentioned filing a complaint, she dismissed my concerns, stating that the ScamPulse.com or any regulatory body would not take action.
I have attached the receipts for your review. I request that the ScamPulse.com investigate this matter and take appropriate action to address these unfair business practices.
