My daughter Elsa Zhang's high school reserved her trip (Hawaii by American Airlines)in 2020 through a travel agent flymygroup.com using my credit card. the trip was cancelled due to pandemic and changed into AA flight credits. later I discovered that the flight credits $1015 was used by the same travel agent without our

authorization.

When I tried to use it, it does not either show flight cost or voucher amount; it only shows a $25 transaction fee; Mariah refused to provide a phone number to guide me through reservation, then she told me through email that the voucher is $1,015.25, I could only use the voucher once on American airline no matter how much the flight

would cost.
