I was contacted by FM Capital by phone regarding a supposed loan that was taken from American Web Loan. They stated that they would garnish my wages and or be arrested starting after the phone call unless I was willing to take care of the debt that day. I have no such loan and have told them that. I have also asked/told them several times to take my number off their call list. I have even tried ignoring their incessant calls for days. They constantly leave voicemails on my cell phone and home phone almost daily. I have even tried letting them know I know this is a scam with no luck. Their website is rudimentary and fake looking, and their address on google maps has no company name attached to it. They continue to harass me. I just want them to stop calling.

I was contacted by FM Capital by phone regarding a supposed loan that my spouse took out in 2015 from American Web Loan. They stated that they would garnish our wages by 47.5% starting after the phone call unless we were willing to take care of the debt that day. I was in tears as they had my spouse's SSN. However after talking to my spouse they assured me there was no such loan. The bank said there was no such loan. So we ignored their incessant calls for 10 days. FM Capital left three voicemails on my phone a day until today I called them back and informed them that we knew this was a scam. Their website is rudimentary and fake looking, and their address on google maps has no company name attached to it.

Do not fall for this, no matter how much information they have about you or your spouse. They are trained to harass people.
