Hakeem Pugh and Henry Freeman falsely claimed to be FMCSA agents and had detailed information about my trucking business. While posing as agents, Hakeem promised to provide services such as MCS-150 filing, BOC-3, IRP, and the removal of a secondary MC#. However, none of these services were completed.

I had three business days to cancel the agreement, but both Hakeem and Henry ignored my calls and emails until the cancellation period had passed. They continue to insist that they provided filing services, yet I had to complete all the necessary paperwork myself to get my truck operational. Additionally, the documents they claimed to have filed cannot be duplicated. Despite my repeated attempts to recover my refund, they continue to ignore me.
