I bought clothes from them online using their size chart and everything received was much smaller than advertised. I requested a return in accordance with their policy. They sent daily emails trying to avoid any resolution, going to far as to say I had to provide a picture of my grandson wearing the clothes to prove they were too small. They eventually agreed to allow the return if I paid return postage, but once I sent the clothes back they are not providing info about the refund. There are several similar complaints on ScamGuard.com where refund was never issued.
