I opened my credit card bill to find this scammer somehow accessed my credit card and is charging $5 every two weeks. This happened in December and January (1st and 15th). I have no idea how fnphin got my credit card info. We'll be calling to day to cancel the card.

Website looks legit until you read the content. It's gibberish but fnphin works to get us the service we need fast. They have especially skilled employees! Called number given. Took about 3 times to understand what directions were, but once I hit 3, I remained on a line awaiting a specialist for about 60 seconds, then the line went like they do when overloaded. Sent email, but I'm sure I won't hear back.
