I tried to upload a screenshot of the receipt but it gave me an error message. I purchased 2 tickets for August 26, 2023 and didn't receive any message update on any change or cancelation but yet the event is supposed to happen tomorrow. I was told today by another participant that it was changed to July. But on July 24, I sent them an email asking for an update and to ask them if the event was still taking place. They don't provide a phone number and their email says that someone would reply in 10 to 15 business days. No one ever replied. I tried reaching out to Active.com to also get a delivery message.
