After our puppy died we contacted this vendor for a new puppy. I talked to them, planned for the puppy, paid in full, and then the morning it was to ship, they sent me an email from another company stating that the dog needed a specific crate to rent ($1600!). Never got the dog, still no refund. Essentially they get you to want and purchase a dog, all to have someone else act like you need to pay more to actually send it. Total scam artists. Stay away and please shut this “business” down. So shady.
