UPDATE: Just got an email from Paypal stating they have refunded my money. Keep reporting your transaction to Paypal, as they will refund your money. For more information go to "You Tube" and search "folaya"

UPDATE: When you filed your complaint with Paypal, did you report it as an unauthorized transaction? I did and they denied me twice. I finally got to talk to a representative on the message center, located on the Paypal website. I sent him my original complaint and why I felt the folaya website was fraudulent. False address, contact info, and phone number. And the fact that the payment was sent to someone in China when their website stated it was located in the US. And also they don't reply to emails. The rep escalated my complaint from unauthorized use to fraudulent website. The rep was very understanding of my situation and very helpful. This is the only way I found to get your transaction reopened and reported. So far the seller has not responded to Paypa

folaya.com is a fraudulent website. I made a purchase on this website thru PAYPAL. When I received an email from Paypal regarding my payment it stated the payment was sent to someone in China. I felt something was just not right as the website said they were located at 2411 Blane Street, Saint Louis, Missouri, 63123, United States. [email protected]; 800-224-8317. I googled the address and it doesn't exist, the contact phone number belongs to Direct TV. I called it and that is who answered. No email responses from the email address. I should have checked their information before placing an order but that is my mistake. This fraudulent website needs to be shut down. Don't allow more people to be ripped off by someone who has given false information to create a website to steal money. I contacted Paypal regarding this transaction and they refuse to cancel it or refund my money.

I purchased a porch swing from this website that was never shipped and PayPal paid them. I disputed the charges with PayPal credit but they said because I willingly made the payment they can't stop the payment. The company is a scam and there are other reviews and reports about it. How can they be shut down? And will I get my money back?! They don't answer phone or emails to request refund, cancellation or order status.
