`I opened microsoft edge to access internet and msn news was auto-scrolling from story to story. I clicked on an ad for hair growth treatment. It then showed a story about two sisters on the show Sharktank with their hair growth product and how successfull it was. It then offered a free bottle of the supplement - in capsule form. I selected to try one bottle. It then offered a bottle of a topical serum which promised double success rate. I selected that. It did not tell me how much I was being charged at check out which seemed strange. But I was involved in another project and distracted at the time. I only knew the initial bottle was advertised as FREE and the optional serum was $49.95. I provided my credit card information and that was it. Soon after, I checked the app on my phone to find two withdrawals: the first one in the amount of $199.99 and the second for $49.95.

I did not authorize a $199.99 transaction so I set out to call Follicle Fix. The first number I called did not work. A robot answered, said a couple words and disconnected the call. I tried the number several times. The second number simply disconnected the call after a few rings. I searched everywhere and could not locate a legitimate address or phone number for the business. I received this email from the entity but still no way to contact them
