Followmes.com is an online company. I had ordered two wool cardigan sweaters 4 months ago, and, after 3 months, the items had still not arrived. Finally, they did arrive, and the sweaters were not wool - they are a cheap cotton/poly blend. When I contacted the company to request a refund, they advised me that it would be too expensive for me to return the items, at my own cost, so they were willing to refund me 50%. I wrote them again and again explaining that this was their company's fault - as if the sweaters had been wool and of a good quality, I would have kept them gladly, but they have not taken responsibility. The other two items are bought were cheaply made and not worth the cost. I highly recommend you do no business with this company.
