I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding an order that was placed on January 14th, 2024, with order number J1465. Regrettably, despite the considerable time that has passed, the order has not yet been received.

As it has now been over a month since the order was placed, I kindly request your assistance in investigating the status of the order and determining the cause of the delay. Any information you can provide regarding the whereabouts of the order or an estimated delivery date would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure if anything can be done about this

was qvc people showing this product on face book.work table.place my order,next thing went to fendy toys.in the uk.then he sends me a order #1044,a total,and a tracking #.shipping time 5-7 days..the tracking is coming from china.order on december 27 2023.as of today,have not got it
