An advertisement was on the Yahoo news feed for Ninja products, so I clicked on it to see what it was offering. It took me to foodiairfry.com, which says its a Ninja outlet store. Upon selecting an item and filling out the shipping and payment, it took my payment through PayPal and emailed me a receipt of my payment as well as an order receipt from the website. Since that initial interaction and purchase I have not received any updates or shipping confirmation of my order. I have used the Contact Us feature on the site twice to inquire, but have gotten no responses and received no product. The fact that the prices were 60% off should have indicated it was too good to be true.
