I went onto the web site for customized crocs. Purchased the item. After 2 weeks I had not received a tracking update so I reached out to their customer service via the link and I received a message back saying to wait 5-7 more days and the tracking information would be updated. I waited and no update. I sent 3 more emails that have gone unanswered.
