After making an appointment at Ford, which I did not go to, I was Sent fake mail, to request a recall on parts for my vehicle. I have reported this same problem before. This company is targeting black people by also changing my name by placing my first name as my middle name, my last name as my first name my middle name as my last name. This company has stole my identity.
