The policyholder, Mr. ***** ****** was a client of ours and a real estate developer and investor in Canada. He died in an accident on Highway 400 by Barrie, Ontario, Canada, years ago. No one has come forward to claim his claim since his death, and all our efforts to find his relatives have been unsuccessful.'
The Insurance policy is valued at the sum of Twelve Million, Six Hundred & Fifty Thousand, and Three hundred United States Dollars (US$12,650,300.00).
The insurance company code stipulates that ''Insured Permanent Policies'' not claimed MUST be turned over to the abandoned property division of the state after 6 years.
Therefore, I ask for your consent to be in partnership with me for the claim of this policy benefit, in view of the striking similarity in same last name and nationality with the deceased which the search I conducted revealed.
