I was told that this law firm represented a man that died 6 years ago in a car accident. He had a very substantial life insurance policy (more than 10 million dollars) and no one claimed it. The letter said that they have been trying to find living relatives but to no avail. They reached out to me because "you share the same last name and nationality with the deceased." They said they just needed me to allow them to put my name on the policy, and they would share the proceeds with me. They asked me to provide a contact number for faster communication.
