He learned I was struggling financing, and said he would like to help. He said, "send me $50 via Bitcoin, and I'll buy uou a ticket for my Children Orphanage in Africa. Then he said I was one if 10 people to win a prize of $1.76 million U.S.
He was couriering my prize to me first via DHL Courier and then the parcel was transferred to Frontline Express Cargo for more. Various scenarios I was given of reasons why the parcel would cost money to deliver. I contacted the local police in my town, and the Constable said this is 100% scam.
