We had an agreement where he would provide the service and accomplish what was offer in the social media advertisments, which was a service where he would gave a 100% warranty that he would meet certain criteria, given, stated and quoted by a third party (to which was needed to provide an extra payment) and accomplish the challenges given by this third party company.
None of these were accomplished, the service was not provided. I ask for a refund due to false publicity and accordingly to which was offer and promised, this was denied and claimed false and denied to everything to the point where he blocked me from any form of communication
