I have been receiving several phone calls from a program called forgiveness program or student prep center They state that they will consolidate all my student loans I've already made one payment for $195 and I have four more payments to go to pay off my student loan for $15,000 when I reach out to them I called them three times in a row explain the situation and each time they hung up the phone so I called my bank to stop payment because this is an absolute fraud they gave me an agent by the name of Jennifer and her agent ID number was 2578 I spoke to a agent by the name of Gilbert the validation code they gave me and an eligibility line telephone number they gave me but what puzzle me is but FSA I'll change my username and password supposedly through them I want my $195 back from this student prep center or this forgiveness program.

The 931 area code number was able to leave me a message after receiving a quick missed called from the 929 number that only range for a shorter moment then usual. It was a man with a clear American accent you would typically hear for any business. Couldn’t make out the name of the business because he said it so fast but my phone was able to translate “forgiveness program” in the text of the voicemail. He asked to call back at the 866 number. I have only done a search for the 866 number and everything said scam. I really need to be off these list of telemarketers.

Received an obvious debt relief scam email from [email protected] as followed:

Dear, Repayment polices are being reviewed today for former student and we want to introduce you to the forgiveness program. Call 855-231-6648 to confirm your eligibility? Thanks
